1. Introduction
Welcome to Green Orbit. These Terms and Conditions govern your subscription and participation as a vendor on the Green Orbit platform, which is dedicated to selling sustainable, vintage, and preloved fashion items.
2. Vendor Eligibility
To become a vendor, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Own or have authorization to sell the products listed.
- Meet the sustainability and product quality standards set by Green Orbit.
3. Account Registration
Vendors must register for an account providing accurate, current, and complete information about themselves and their business. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.
4. Product Listings and Content
- You agree to accurately describe your products and to ensure that all listed items are available for immediate sale.
- Green Orbit reserves the right to remove any listings that do not meet our standards for quality, authenticity, or sustainability.
5. Sales and Financial Terms
- Green Orbit charges a transaction fee on each sale, details of which are outlined in the vendor dashboard.
- Vendors are responsible for setting their prices and must honor the prices they list.
- Payment processing will be facilitated through our platform, and vendors agree to our payment terms as described during the account setup.
6. Shipping and Fulfillment
Vendors are responsible for shipping their products directly to customers. Green Orbit may provide guidelines or assistance, but ultimately, timely and safe delivery is the vendor’s responsibility.
7. Returns and Refunds
Vendors must adhere to the Green Orbit return policy, which requires accepting returns within a specified period. Specific terms will be communicated and agreed upon during the vendor onboarding process.
8. Intellectual Property
Vendors grant Green Orbit a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, and display content provided by vendors for any purpose related to the promotion of the Green Orbit platform.
9. Compliance with Laws
Vendors are responsible for complying with all local, state, national, and international laws applicable to their business and their use of the Green Orbit platform.
10. Termination and Suspension
Green Orbit reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor’s account if they breach these terms and conditions or engage in any activity that may harm Green Orbit or its customers.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between vendors and customers should be resolved directly. Green Orbit may mediate if necessary but is not obliged to resolve such disputes.
12. Changes to Terms
Green Orbit reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
